Eyeliner:

Step 1 – Take eyeliner wand and remove excess product from it by scraping off the tube walls.

Step 2 – Use the tip of the wand to draw form the inner to outer corner of the eyes, sticking as close to the lash line as possible.

Brow powder:

Step 1 – Take the wand and tap out excess product.
